To make a Sweet Teriyaki Sauce: mix 50ml soy sauce, 50ml Mirin-Style Sweet Seasoning, 2.5g sugar and 50ml cooking sake in a pan. Boil, then reduce heat to low & simmer for 20 mins, stirring frequently.
