To make a Japanese-style quick pickle: Mix 100ml rice vinegar, 3 tbsp mirin (we recommend Mizkan Mirin-Style Seasoning) & 1/2 tsp of salt. Add veg of choice & cover for 10 minutes – perfect for salads and poke bowls!
