Japanese Quick Pickles

Serves 4, as a side

This recipe will have you making crisp, tangy Japanese pickles in minutes with Mizkan Rice Vinegar and Mizkan Mirin-Style Sweet Seasoning. They’re delicious in burgers and sandwichs and just as good as a side with any of your favourite dishes.

  1. Combine the Mizkan Rice Vinegar, Mizkan Mirin-Style Sweet Seasoning, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add sliced vegetables to a container and pour over the vinegar mixture.
  3. Leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
