Japanese Quick Pickles
This recipe will have you making crisp, tangy Japanese pickles in minutes with Mizkan Rice Vinegar and Mizkan Mirin-Style Sweet Seasoning. They’re delicious in burgers and sandwichs and just as good as a side with any of your favourite dishes.

Rice Vinegar
- 100ml Mizkan Rice Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Mizkan Mirin-Style Sweet Seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- Favourite vegetables (e.g., carrots, cucumber, radish), ribboned or thinly sliced
- Combine the Mizkan Rice Vinegar, Mizkan Mirin-Style Sweet Seasoning, and salt in a bowl.
- Add sliced vegetables to a container and pour over the vinegar mixture.
- Leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
