Red Miso & Chilli-Glazed Baked Salmon
Baked salmon glazed with Mizkan’s Red Miso & Chilli cooking paste is a fantastic way to make yourself a quick and easy weeknight dinner packed full of umami-rich Japanese flavours. Served with noodles or rice and vegetables, it will be your new go-to!

Red Miso & Chilli Cooking Paste
- 2 tbsp Mizkan Red Miso & Chilli Cooking Paste
- 2 salmon steaks
- 1 spring onion, to garnish
- White sesame seeds, to garnish
- Fresh coriander, to garnish (Optional)
- Rice or noodles, to serve
- Fresh cooked vegetables, to serve
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Spread the Mizkan Red Miso & Chilli Cooking Paste on the salmon fillets and bake in the oven until the miso paste has gratinated and the salmon is cooked, 8 - 10 minutes.
- Serve with rice noodles and pak choi, or any other of your favourite vegetables.
- Garnish with sesame seed and spring onion. Enjoy!
