Red Miso & Chilli-Glazed Baked Salmon
Baked salmon glazed with Mizkan’s Red Miso & Chilli cooking paste is a fantastic way to make yourself a quick and easy weeknight dinner packed full of umami-rich Japanese flavours. Served with noodles or rice and vegetables, it will be your new go-to!

Red Miso & Chilli Cooking Paste
- 2 tbsp Mizkan Red Miso & Chilli Cooking Paste
- 2 salmon steaks
- 1 spring onion, to garnish
- White sesame seeds, to garnish
- Fresh coriander, to garnish
- Rice or noodles, to serve
- Fresh cooked vegetables, to serve
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place the salmon skin-side up on a lined tray and bake for 15 minutes.
- Turn the salmon skin-side down and spread 1 tbsp Mizkan Red Miso & Chilli paste over each fillet.
- Cook for a further 5 minutes until the paste caramelises.
- Rest for 10 minutes before serving with noodles or rice, vegetables, and the garnishes. Enjoy!
