Vegetable Stir-fry Noodles using Yuzu Ponzu

Serves 1-2

Add depths of citrus and umami to your stir-fries with Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu. Our recipe is super quick and completely delicious. It’s ideal for meal prep!

  • 1 portion cooked egg noodles
  • 1 handful sliced vegetables (e.g., pepper, broccoli, sugar snap peas)
  • 2 tbsp Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu
  • Oil, for cooking
  • Salt and pepper, to season
  1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add vegetables and stir-fry until al dente.
  3. Add noodles and Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu, tossing to combine.
  4. Season and serve immediately. Enjoy!
