Vegetable Stir-fry Noodles using Yuzu Ponzu

- 1 portion cooked egg noodles
- 1 handful sliced vegetables (e.g., pepper, broccoli, sugar snap peas)
- 2 tbsp Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu
- Oil, for cooking
- Salt and pepper, to season
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry until al dente.
- Add noodles and Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu, tossing to combine.
- Season and serve immediately. Enjoy!
