Yuzu Ponzu Baked Salmon

Marinating salmon fillets in Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu is one of the easiest ways to pack your weeknight dinners with flavour! The Yuzu Ponzu lends the salmon it's unique yuzu zest and rich, salty umami, which compliments the salmon perfectly. Serve with asparagus and you have one tasty dinner!

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 6 stalks of asparagus
  • 100ml Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu
  • Lemon wedge, to serve
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, to garnish
  1. Cover the salmon in the Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu and leave to marinate for an hour.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 200C. Pat the salmon dry and bake until tender, around 15 minutes.
  3. Serve with cooked asparagus and a wedge of lemon, garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
