Yuzu Ponzu Noodle Salad
This refreshing soba noodle salad is made with crisp vegetables and zesty Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu. It’s quick, easy, and bursting with Japanese flavours.

Yuzu Ponzu
- 150g soba noodles, cooked and chilled
- ½ bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 large handful sugar snap peas, thinly sliced
- ¼ cucumber, sliced into thin ribbons
- ½ carrot, sliced into thin ribbons
- 1 handful of edamame beans, cooked
- 2 tbsp Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu, plus extra for serving
- Fresh coriander, to garnish
- Sesame seeds, to garnish
- Place the noodles, bell pepper, sugar snap peas, cucumber, carrot and edamame into a large bowl.
- Add the Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu and toss well to combine.
- Serve in bowls and garnish with fresh coriander and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
