Yuzu Ponzu Sticky Sausages
Golden, sticky sausages coated in a sweet-citrus glaze of Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu and Mirin-Style Sweet Seasoning? These make for a guaranteed crowd-pleaser at parties and beyond.

Mirin-Style Sweet Seasoning
- Large handful of cocktail sausages or small chipolatas
- 80ml Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu
- 50ml Mizkan Mirin-Style Sweet Seasoning
- Oil, for cooking
- Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C/gas 6).
- Place sausages in a roasting tin, drizzle with oil, and cook for 15 minutes until starting to turn golden.
- Add Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu and Mirin-Style Sweet Seasoning.
- Return to the oven for 30 minutes until sausages are golden and sticky. Enjoy!
